Things I've done the last few days:

  • Removed a dead lilac and replaced with a sweet almond.

  • Designed and printed a fucking adorable plant pot.

  • Drew a new comic that I was thinking about posting but might hold off and see how many I do and make it a zine.

  • Made a new metal piece; presently printing / prototyping plastic component.

  • Shed more skin as my latest tattoo continues to heal.

  • Fought hordes of C-virus infected in RESIDENT EVIL 6 which is a rather good time.

  • Bought a pressure washer and cleared off some of the house and yes ok fine i probably bought it to tide me over until POWERWASH SIMULATOR 2.

  • Removed big monitor from shed since I don't really need it anymore. Which I’ll probably need sooner rather than later since I just said I no longer need it.

zombie remake gamelife phase

Seem to have entered into a "zombie remake" phase of my gaming life – most of which I never played in their original forms: the amazing, limb-slicing DEAD SPACE remake was first, and now I've moved on to RESIDENT EVIL 2 (never played any of the original games when they came out) and DEAD RISING DELUXE REMASTER (which I attempted to play when it first came out). To swap between the atmospheric dread, low ammo, low health, and puzzles of RE2 and the pure mall-ratting insanity and narrative inanity of DR has proven a valuable balm for evening brain capacity needs. And when that fails, there's always POWERWASH SIMULATOR, that digital earthly delight to which, according to the Playstation app, I've given more than 61 hours of my life and will happily give many many more.
